We’re going old school and doing this episode while I’m riding in my car, because let’s be real, sometimes things get in the way of our perfect schedules, but we still need to get things done. Which is part of what I hope you take away from this episode. If we wait for the perfect time to do each of our tasks on our checklists, they’d never get done. Do you find yourself giving yourself less time to complete more projects? I know as an entrepreneur who has done it all, it’s easy to lose track of time on certain tasks. Sometimes you expect someone to complete something in 15 minutes, when in reality it will take an hour if you’d like it done right, with the best quality. Let’s take a step back to remember this about ourselves and what we put on our team to get done. It’s time for a gut check, make sure you’re not constantly questioning your team, instead build autonomy and do less micro-managing. Listen in and ask yourself if you’re in the way of your team, or if you’re trusting them to get the job done right. In this episode we talk about: + The reality of workload timelines + How quality work is worth the time your team is taking + Trusting your team's process + Why you should stop obsessing about your team's hours Connect with Six Figs: https://six-figs.com/ Instagram @sixfigsworkparty Facebook at Six Figs If you loved this episode will you please subscribe, rate, and review? Welcome back to the Six Figs Podcast everyone! This week’s episode is powerful, to say the least, and that is because of a very special person: Neill Williams. Neill is a certified life coach through Brooke Castillo’s, The Life Coach School and her specialty is coaching entrepreneur moms. We met back in October through a mastermind we were both in and since then we’ve gotten to know each other very well. She is a Six Figs client (we produce her podcast) and Neill is my life coach. I knew I couldn’t hoard her to myself so I was so happy when she agreed to come to chat with us on the podcast. In Episode 34 you’ll get to experience a snippet of her coaching style and you’ll learn how life coaching can be such a beneficial tool to utilize as an entrepreneur. In our conversation we talk about: A thought that I am currently struggling with The importance of not withholding feedback The truth about growth and personal development How Neill became a life coach Common misconceptions about life coaching The difference between therapy and life coaching and how they can be useful in their own ways What Neill loves most about coaching mom entrepreneurs One of the most important thoughts to practice If this episode resonated with you and you are interested in diving deeper, head to Neill’s website to find out how YOU can work with her. Here are a few more ways to connect with Neill: Instagram Facebook Her podcast, Unbusy Your Life So with that, thank you for tuning into the Six Figs Podcast. Welcome to another episode of Six Figs! Today I want to talk to you about something that I am SUPER proud of and actually quite humbled to share. This isn't that surface-level kind of "humbled" that you might see in an Instagram caption - more like seriously humbled considering what we are going through in our world today. Okay, I'm not going to drag this on or make you wait to hear what it is. So here we go: Six Figs had our BIGGEST quarter yet even with Q1 including that super tricky month of March. In a month where COVID-19 became the biggest deal in the world, and so many businesses were struggling, we still managed to not only get by but thrive. Was it magic? Maybe? More importantly, it was a whole lot of elbow grease, strategic decisions, and a ton of teamwork. I'm going to share all of the details in today's episode so go ahead and press that "play" button. For full show notes, head over to our website! Come hang out with us on Instagram @sixfigscoaching.

I'm not sure if it's the COVID-19 situation that is increasing that feeling or not but the other day when I was walking my dogs with my husband I had a MAJOR "aha" moment about WHY I wasn't loving it AND how to fix it. If you're feeling this way too and you know you need to create content to grow your brand, tune in! This episode is for you. For full show notes, head to the website. Welcome to Episode 31 everyone! We are in the middle of COVID-19 and I want to have some real talk with you today about managing your mind during all of this chaos. If you're anything like me, you have certain days where you're home and you're feeling good and you're feeling productive, and then you have days where you just don't want to get out of bed. Then, of course, there are the days where you're not exactly sure what you feel, but you're considering Baileys in your coffee - is that just me? Anyhow, I think it's time we talk about how to manage your brain when it is going haywire. So, let's get into it! For full show notes, head to the Six Figs website!
