Desiree
Sitting Down is for women by women.  Women who are fighting against the stereo type that being a "strong black woman" is a right of passage to be proud of and carry like a shield.  Women who are ok with needing and wanting help and not seeing themselves as less than because they cannot carry the burden alone.  Women who want to put down their armor, sit down and take a breath.
