Carmen currently attends North Carolina A&T State University with a major in Sports Science & Fitness Management, with a concentration in Physical Therapy. After having a personal trainer in the fall of 2019, Carmen realized not only her passion for fitness but how she could put that together to help others. In January 2020, Train with C.Renee' launched a mission to "train and change one life at a time". In August of 2020, Carmen shifted her focus from not only the body but to the mind, body, and spirit. She then launched the Sista Sista Podcast, where her mission is to "highlight black women who are using their gifts, talents, degrees, etc. to the best of their ability and in a way that can impact our communities and our world in their current and future states."
