Hello beautiful friends! We have reached the final moment of this iteration of Sipping Sovereign Tea. I am in a very distinct moment of transition in my life and I want to give a transitional moment into the next phase of the podcast. We are about to move into more conversations and practices that may be a bit different. I'm curious to challenge myself to challenge myself and interview more people that embody the disruptor archetype. The intention of this podcast is to showcase a variety of different perspectives and ways to embody our own highest truths. That can look like so many things. I am excited to dive into this next phase! In this episode we do a re-cap from all of the previous episodes and at the end there is a meditation focusing on calling our energy back. I know for me, I have given my energy and power away in many ways. I've been pulled out of myself more times than I can count. I want to offer this practice to anyone that feels like they need to shake off any debris that is not theirs and call back any energy that is rightfully their own! Prior to this position, she worked as a legal advocate for victims of sexual violence in Allegheny County. Outside of work, Jenny is a reader of good and bad fantasy novels, mushroom hunter, contra-dancer, caver, and life-long friend of Britt.
