Since December of 2024, the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, and the prosecution of the man accused of pulling the trigger, Luigi Mangione, has played out in the media and in multiple courtrooms. Our guest today has covered this case from the beginning. Brian Buckmire is a defense attorney and ABC News Legal Analyst. He’s also the host of ABC's new podcast series Burden of Proof: Luigi Mangione.
