I have been having vocal issues for the past 5 or so years. I ignored it thinking “it’ll take care of itself”-cuz that’s how THAT works….Well, obviously, it didn’t. It got worse to the point I really couldn’t sing at all-and that was like 90% my identity. I went from earning money with my voice to my performance being quite unreliable. It was very depressing. I did tons of research on who to help me rehab my singing voice. I went through many many teachers, asking tons of questions and (probably annoying the hell out of them-but I wanted to know that I was choosing the right person!) I CHOSE THE RIGHT PERSON!!! Sarah is so skilled, intuitive, intelligent and spot on with choosing the tools she uses to work out the issues. Some of the tools work immediately, some take more time, but they all work-she has a knack for knowing the exact tool I need at the exact time I need it! And her humor is disarming-perfect for what I need right now. She kind, compassionate and the perfect amount of patience/business/crazy/fun I’m so glad I chose her! It just couldn’t have been better!! Highly recommended!!

I’ve worked with Sarah for almost a year now in her private group singing classes, have all of her singing courses, and love listening to her podcast. I’m constantly in awe of the safe spaces she creates for artists to grow, heal, and continue to achieve their musical goals in their adult lives! It’s like I’m back in performing arts school all over again, in the best way!

I’m a lifelong singer who has always had self imposed blocks. My days of singing in high school choir and college acapella are long past and I often mourn that I don’t have singing in my life the way I used to. At the same time, I have always limited myself vocally (“I’m not a belter, I’m not a soloist, I really just love harmonies, etc”) most likely because I never had the right tools to really LEARN how to grow. I’m very excited to continue to learn with Sarah and restart my journey to find the joy and love of singing again. Sarah’s podcast has given me such hope that I CAN grow and develop and sing in ways I always assumed were closed off to me. It may be that I simply never had the right guidance.
