It took me a while to come up with this topic but I really wanted to share my postpartum journey with you guys but also share how visitation played a role. I found that for me visitation can cure postpartum. I think having people around to help you during those first weeks can actually help you with “postpartum depression”. Although this isn’t proven, for me having good friends and active family has helped me stay above water.
