When everything shut down, we realized Junction Coffee could offer something more than just caffeine, so we stopped charging for our product. Having roots in the Christian faith tradition, the themes of our previous episode (new life and transformation through death and destruction) are found most prevalently in the rhythm of Good Friday and Easter. And so we thought it fitting to invite you into this ancient practice, to pause in the grief, pain, injustice and mourning of the crucifixion 2,000 years ago, and reflect on the things of our time that connect us to those same events- ushering those same feelings- to deepen our desire for change. For hope. For something new. For resurrection. This episode is intended to coincide with a self lead art walk through a neighborhood in downtown OKC, but this reflection can be done anywhere at any time. How can I take what I know, and translate it into a lease that shapes my every day?
