Collard gründete das Unternehmen Popcorn Training, das jetzt zu KnowBe4 gehört, ein südafrikanisches Unternehmen, das das Bewusstsein für Cybersicherheit fördert, indem es innovative, auf Geschichten basierende Techniken und Gamification einsetzt, um komplexe Inhalte einfach zu verstehen und leicht zu merken.   Sie wurde mit dem Women in Tech Innovations Throughout Africa 2020 Award für das südliche und zentrale Afrika ausgezeichnet.
