11. Bold Like Her w/ Kim Douglas [Crossover Episode]
A very special crossover episode of Signature Witch! My friend Kim Douglas is the host of the Bold Like Her podcast. She’s a mom, realtor, traveler, and certified badass. We met in Tulum on a yoga and sound healing retreat, where I quickly gained both admiration and respect for a number of reasons. My favorite thing about Kim is that she really embodies the concept of “leaving the ladder down” to help elevate others–case in point: this crossover episode was entirely her idea (:  Be sure to follow Kim and the Bold Like Her podcast for hundreds of conversations featuring women from the Boston area and beyond. ___ Co-Hosts: Kim Douglas + Melissa Dudek Producer: Peter Hurley Studio: Big Night Media Music: Jamie Berry, Lil Violet, Lady Gaga

07. Boston Marathon Recap w/ Erin McGaffigan
Just a couple of runnin' rookies reminiscing on that time they took on the big bad B.A.A. Boston Marathon by the balloons~ ------- I had the pleasure of sitting down for a conversation with my dear friend and now-trauma sister, Erin McGaffigan, to recap our joint experience as first-time marathoners at the 126th Running of Boston this past April.  Neither one of us had ever considered ourselves runners before this experience–neither one of us had ever run more than 10 miles in a single session before starting training for this wildly lofty goal we set for ourselves.  Speaking of training–you’ll get to hear about each of our individual training plans, how different they were from each other and why that is perfectly okay, and how we managed to get ourselves to the starting line in Hopkinton uninjured, very well-prepared, but still scared as fuck.  Have you ever considered running a marathon? If you just heard or said out loud: NOPE–I hope this episode makes you think longggg after you’ve finished listening to it.

04. The Power of Connection w/ Julie Hershkowitz
On this episode of Signature Witch, I got to sit down with my dear friend, Julie Hershkowitz, a self-proclaimed power connector–and rightfully so. Julie works full time in human performance optimization, part-time as a player ambassador at Fenway Park, and she also spends a large portion of her time supporting philanthropic causes in the greater Boston area. We talk about making promises to yourself and not breaking them, the importance of the people you surround yourself with, sleep hygiene, and how Regina George would have absolutely not survived getting hit by that bus… Julie thinks about it at least monthly LOL I’m so pumped for you to hear from her and to get her perspective on things like Whole30 and 75 Hard, and what it means commit to yourself above all else.  I hope you giggle as much as we did. ___ Check out/donate to Project Paulie: https://www.projectpaulie.com/ Check out/donate to Women's Foundation of Boston: https://wfboston.org/ Connect with Julie on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/juliehersh Follow Julie on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/juliehershk/ Follow Melissa on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/wadmandudek/

03. Finding Joy in Running w/ Kelly Whittaker-Cummings
On this episode of Signature Witch, I had the privilege of having a conversation with, Kelly Whittaker Cummings, chief instructor and northeast curriculum lead for Barry’s Bootcamp. Kelly is a humble ray of sunshine to so many, especially her wife Emily, and pups Maddie + Charlie. She makes anyone + everyone who steps into that notorious red room not only feel like they are welcome, but they belong there.  Our conversation is rooted in the sport of running, which seems obvious given the number of marathons Kelly has completed. But we get into the nooks and crannies of what it means and how it feels to find joy and redemption in the darkest parts of your life.  We talk about mental health, struggles with alcohol, and Boston Marathon Bombing of 2013 so if any of those subjects may be a trigger for you,  I encourage you to please prioritize your mental well-being and engage with this episode only if you feel as though you’re in a safe enough headspace to do so. As always, please take care of yourself throughout this episode, pause for breaks or reflection as needed, and know that you are absolutely never alone in your personal battles. We're here to share stories, provide insight, foster understanding, and hopefully shed a little light for anyone stuck in their own darkness.

02. Nourishing Ourselves w/ Meaghan St. Marc
On this episode, I sat down with the co-owner, co-founder of Rev’d Indoor Cycling, Meaghan St. Marc. She is a relentless, compassionate leader, mama to Malachi and Mia, military wife to Matt (thank you both for your service), a daughter, sister, friend, and mentor to so many people, myself included.  Our conversation is centered around nourishing ourselves, first out of necessity and now for sustainability. We talk about some relatively soul-crushing topics, so in an effort to be fully transparent and provide somewhat of a trigger warning, please know that we will touch upon subjects including depression, anxiety, burnout, miscarriages, post-partum, and body dysmorphia.   Now, I understand that these topics can be emotionally challenging, and may stir up your own personal experiences or memories. I encourage you to please prioritize your mental well-being and engage with this episode only if you feel as though you’re in a safe enough headspace to do so. If at any point during the episode, you find yourself feeling overwhelmed or in need of support, I’d strongly encourage you to reach out to a trusted friend, family member, or mental health professional. Please always remember that your emotions are valid, and your well-being matters. Please take care of yourself throughout this episode and know that you are absolutely not alone. We're here to share stories, provide insight, foster understanding, and hopefully shed a little light for anyone stuck in their own darkness.
