In the 2nd part of our 2 part talk with Bruce, he talks about his time in the NFL, winning a Super Bowl, being traded and waived, and playing through injuries. Bruce had to undergo a series of surgeries to get his body back in form after he retired from the NFL. Back surgery, shoulder surgery, and most recently, ACL reconstruction. Bruce tells how he handled all these surgeries and what helped him through. We also go through the traumatic brain injuries he is dealing with now, how he got through some of the worst times, and how he is using his experience of vulnerability to help others like him understand how to get help.
