Welcome to Day 30 of the 100 Days of SHIFT Challenge!
The focus of this week is LEADERSHIP... or dare I say leadershift :)
We're going to be defining what leadership may mean to each of us, possibly shifting your mindset to believing that YOU are a leader, discussing what operating with integrity looks like — along with sharing my own personal stories of working with former mentors and what I've learned from them, what I disagree with, and why I no longer associate myself with them.
Today, I share a couple of stories from my personal experiences that left a negative impact and bad taste in my mouth when it came to former bosses and mentors. At one point in my life, while these are people I truly admired, learning from someone doesn't always mean positive and powerful. The learned lessons can also be learning what NOT to do and how NOT to do things.
All in all, don't ever lose sight of who you are and where you come from, what it took and who was there for you to help you get to where you are now and where you're going.
Message me or tag me in your stories @jiggy_yoon & @shift_thepodcast — I'd love to know how your journey is going!
