I know my Black friends are tired, sad, mourning, frustrated, and unsure right now. So I'm speaking on some of the things I'm applying to center myself in hopes that I can offer some guidance. I don't think this episode is purely meant for Black folks. I know my White friends and family can gain some insight as well.
