Joanna Jordan, founder and CEO of Central Talent Booking, with offices in New York, Los Angeles and London, and Claudia have been sitting on the porch of Joanna's new home in the Hudson Valley on a warm Fall day and discussing life. And since microphone and headphones are Claudia's new must haves and always with her, they decided to record this episode whilst they had started discussing the empty nest, what lies ahead and how we actually shed skins by evolving to being a parent to adult children. 

Joanna founded Central Talent Booking (CTB) 25 years ago (with a toddler and a second child on the way), the first of its kind back then, it continues to be the most sought-after celebrity booking agency. Before starting her own business, Joanna spent many successful years on the Late Show With David Letterman.
