this book found me at the wee age of 27. Its basically A Guide to Fearlessness in Difficult Time
That book taught me about compassion and how to face fears, now ive always been a compassionate person but this book put a word to it. It taught me to continue to love, be kind, how to work through my own emotions, like fear and anger. It taught me to continue to get to know my ego and to be caustics of my ego. This book began my presence journey that I would start in my 30s.
She says in the book “wisdom is inherent in emotions”

whether we are aware or not.
