In this episode of She's Doing Alright, Sarah shares her word of the year and her core values which are important tools in self development and personal growth. 

I have settled on a word of the year for the past five years. Sometimes my word is a theme, but the important part is that it keeps me focused on living the life I want, and allows me to live with intention. This year, my word is "Authenticity" and I added the phrase "Authentic Ambition". I want to become so true to myself that everything I do is for my greater good and the best long-term outcome.
