has anyone else been exhausted, having weird dreams, and noticing patterns from 12 years ago? I like checking out the astrology for times like this and I found out some interesting new things. I mostly talk about myself in this episode but I'm hoping that you are able to take away something useful .Sarah.g.carter [email protected]

This episode is late because I've been watching Caleb Hammer yell at people about their debt on his show "Financial Audit." One thing we don't talk enough about is how our financial health is linked to your mental health. I've noticed that watching shows where people spend a lot of money, like on Selling sunset, real housewives, etc, I tend to start spending more money too. But when I watch shows like financial audit, I am much more aware and respectful with my money. I start to feel better about my spending and saving, and I hold myself accountable for my budgeting. In this episode we talk about financial mistakes, spending too much on kids birthday parties, and of course, mental health. Thanks for being here! Is May the busiest month? In my household it has been. Family has been visiting every weekend, I've gotten to support my friends at WWE events, Concerts, and just hanging out. Plus my sister launched her tour, my brother launched her book, and I escaped the chaos by practicing emotional regulation. FUN! Nothing is an affiliate link here unless it takes you to amazon in which case, it probably is. Thanks for hanging out with me today. Remember, you don't having to be thriving. It's the goal, but in the meantime, its perfectly okay to be doing alright.InstagramTiktokPodcast IG Elena's Tour Tickets Rob's BookSuku VitaminsSuku PrenatalArrae SupplementsRedlight MaskSkin- by-KlynB-tanPodcasts:Giggly SquadGirl DinnerMillionaire MotherIt girl Playlist Episode 37#PodcastCommunity #PodcastForWomen #YouAreNotAlone #AlrightNotPerfect #CalgaryPodcaster #canadianpodcast

Social media is a major reason why so many of us have phone addictions, and it's weirdly societally acceptable!I took my phone addiction into (out of?) my own hands by deleting my apps for the month of March. Now April is over, I've spent 30 days with a boring phone and 30 days with social media back on my phone. Let's talk about what differences I noticed?Did I save money? Did I prioritize my time better? did I change my life? Listen and find out. Ep 35 is brought to you by me.
