A pastor is responsible for seeking God and telling the church exactly what God told him to tell them. However, if the pastor has lost his authority he can no longer tell the people the truth. He becomes a man pleaser he forgets about rebuke because he only wants to tell the people what will please the people. Pastor is you are like that know you are no longer a servant of Christ.
