Before a man starts to build a house he draws a plan and checks to see if he will be able to finish the house with the money he has. if not he might begin the foundation and realize that he cannot finish the house he started and people will laugh at his as the man who started building a house they could not finish. As a Pastor you need to know that your ministry will not be made effective based on God's love for people. God in deed has anointed many women and given them the grace to prophesy with men. However, we cannot ignore the fact that sometimes, the Crab comes along with the crawfish.  JOIN THE WORSHIP: NO MATTER WHAT Joel 2:28  And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions Therefore it is important for us to pray for women in ministry so that they will effectively use the grace that God has given them as a tool to promote true unity and growth in the body of Christ lest they run the risk of running in to God's coming wrath. For we cannot establish ministry on the platform of disobedience as some women are doing - destroying their marriages and setting up a chain reaction of insubordination in the church of God. How can Jesus say we should give freely because freely we have been given. then he turns and say we should not carry extra money or clothing because the workman is worthy of his wages. To me that might sound like a double standard. However, God also wants us to know that he will provide our needs when he sends us out to do his work. But the enemy will tempt you and  spiritual attacks on the finances of Christian leaders can take a toll to the extent that it cripples every aspect of their ministry turning them into a preaching for stomach messengers who have forgotten their real mission and are only out for the money. My prayer for you and me is that the Lord helps us to escape this temptation in our days and do right before God and his people in Jesus name. 

Any Christian leader who desires to lead well God's put under their care must first desire to be effectively led by the spirit. It will be a dangerous thing for you to lead the flock of God to shipwreck simply because you didn't understand what God actually wanted you to do. Let us Pray therefore, that God will open the eyes of your understanding to follow more and more the voice of the spirit for a more effective ministry. God Bless

Its intriguing how some ministers still make the mistake of trying to save others without saving themselves. It starts when you only study to preach. You feed others while you starve. Its time to pray so you don't get lost while saving others. Dig in to know what you must do to avoid this temptation.

There is an evil in the church we must address. I see husband and wife breaking up their marriages in the name of Calling and ministry. What kind of ministry will you accomplish on the plater of destroying you home and disobeying the Lord? To obey is better that sacrifice if you are not seeking vain glory you would have known that true ministry starts with succeeding in establishing your homes. So pray for your family that is your first ministry

The first prayer topic of a pastor is no topic at all just speak in tongues. Some pastors have rejected speaking in tongues trying to make God a fool for saying those who believe should speak in unknown tongues. Like the man who said to the car dealer i just need the car without the wheels. Man of God your limitation is your abandoning of one vital spiritual tool. So rise up and start speaking in tongues.

Some pastors are suffering in ministry but their suffering is tripled by the fact that their wives have taken side with the devil to destroy their ministry. Pastor God has help for you. Be encouraged.

The ministry is more financially challenging than any other career in the world. Because God send you to go with no purse saying the workman is worthy of his reward. Yet he says you should give your services freely. Pastors are sometimes tempted to worry about provision to the point of changing the entire focus of their ministry. Man of God be encouraged for God has not abandoned you. As he provided for Elijah in the days of famine he will provide for you.
