Today Megan is sitting down with Laura Lindahl. Laura is the founder of True Strength Collective, a business that teaches women how to approach their bodies from a place that honors the Lord. True Strength Collective empowers women to think less about their physical body and insecurities and a lot more about God and how their bodies can ultimately be used to serve Him. Megan and Laura talk about how as a culture women easily struggle with confidence, understanding God's character and how that can help with confidence, wrong and right sources of confidence and so much more. Ultimately, Laura empowers us with the idea that true Confidence with body image and across the board can be found in God and His character.
