In this episode, I am with Emma Wainer, an awesome woman entrepreneur whose mission is to help other women in business 'own the room' with feminine energy and authenticity by empowering their voice and communication.
Traditionally, I could call her a voice coach, but you will understand from our discussion that she is much more than a voice coach.
I want to say she is a gravitas magician and confidence wizard.
What she does with her clients is mindblowing and powerful.
Emma has had a gloriously squiggly career, starting in pharmaceutical sales, and then training as a Speech and Language Therapist. After a short and sweet affair with the NHS, she became Operations Director in a successful event business, before finding her true passion and training as Voice Coach at the prestigious Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
We all need to level up our speaking skills to raise our visibility and credibility at work, amplify our ability to be heard and cultivate thoughtful leadership in both the corporate and entrepreneurial worlds.
