On this podcast I will be holding interviews with some very remarkable and wonderful people from day to day life. From politicians to members of the emergency services to students there will be a wide array of individuals on this podcast. As well as a wide array of individuals that I will be conversing with I will also be making a fair bit of solo episodes regarding some topics that are of Interest to me such as psychology, philosophy, politics and fitness as well as lighthearted stuff such as commentaries and reviews on some TV series, movies and musical artists.
The Eleventh Episode.
On this episode I speak about what I've been upto in regards to political acitivism as well as hiking, fitness and the NC500. I also speak about the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Ukraine where I look at the potential consequences of this invasion as well as its ramifications on the greater world stage in relation to bad actors like China, Iran and North Korea. I briefly discuss Palestine and israel, Western double standards on invasions and refugee crises. I also touch upon why it's important to speak to learn rather than to be right. On this episode I also briefly touch upon why the label of being feminist is so important to me not only as an activist but as a human being. I conclude the episode by talking about my love for my favorite tiger sub species as well as discussing the deeper meaning the tiger holds to me.

The Tenth Episode
On this episode I speak about 5 Stoic teachings which I apply to my day to day life and how they have made me a happier person who is more at ease when faced with adversity. As well as Stoicism I also speak about the U.S election and why I believe Trump losing was a bad thing ( I'M NOT A TRUMP SUPPORTER) alongside this I briefly go on a wee rant about how polarised the political climate is these days and why we should strive to call a spade a spade and not just blindly follow political parties. I conclude this episode by speaking about my 3 favourite eagle sub species because why not!

The Ninth Episode.
On this episode I speak about what I've been up to during the last few months as well as this I briefly speak about the U.S election. As well as these two topics I also speak about the new Borat movie, as well as Khabib Nurmagomedov and the G.O.A.T debate, towards the end I also mention a few of my favourite Stoic quotes! As well as all these things I also briefly touch upon why volunteering is so wonderful and how it has not only allowed me to help others but has also helped me!

The Eighth Episode.
On this episode I discuss some of the things I picked up from a book I recently finished reading called Lie Spotting - Proven Techniques to Detect Deception by Pamela Mayer. I speak about some of the tell tale signs of a liar that I have picked up on through my years of studying Psychology as well as from the aforementioned book. I speak about verbal and non verbal cues that often give away a lie and how to look out for them. So all in all I go through signs that we should pay attention to in order to find out if someone is lying to us.

The Seventh Episode.
On this episode I speak about the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Yemen. I speak about the role that countries such as Saudi Arabia and Iran play in contributing towards the instability in Yemen and in the Middle East as a whole. I also touch upon the complacency of Western governments in their horrible foreign policies which have led to greater conflict in the Middle East as well as their hypocrisy in regards to their opposition of Iran whilst supporting Saudi Arabia. I also speak about why we should boycott celebrities such as Anthony Joshua who are complacent in their activism and willingly turn a blind eye to the cruelty of the Saudi government in exchange for financial gain.

The Sixth Episode.
On this episode I speak about the recent events in regards to George Floyd as well as about the rampant police brutality that exists In the United States and how the negligence of the Government is allowing it to take place. As well as this I speak about the love I have for Scotland and my fellow Scots and speak about how my family and I have been shown such love since we emigrated to Scotland and why we proudly call Scotland our home. I also breifly discuss why we should remain aware to issues around us and how we should strive to fight hate with love and with compassion. I also share a personal story about how I confronted a group of men who were racist towards me on a train and how I left the situation by befriending those who were being racist towards me.

The Fifth Episode.
On this episode I speak a bit about my past issues in regards to self confidence and being a very insecure person. As well as this I discuss some of the ways in which I was able to overcome those issues and become a more self confident and self assured individual. I share some of the times I was at my lowest in regards to confidence and how difficult it was for me in overcoming those low points in my life. I asked people what they wanted to me to speak about on future episodes and alot of people said animals so I also speak about my top 5 animals and not only why they deeply fascinate me but also the symbolic meanings that I take away from each animal from the freedom that the eagle represents to the persistence that sharks represent as well as the symbolism behind my other favourite animals.

The Fourth Episode.
On this episode I speak about what I have been upto during quarantine, how I've been trying to keep occupied through this entire ordeal as a whole. As well as this I also speak about what my main aims are once quarantine comes to an end in relation to activism and how I aim to campaign on issues such as homelessnes, gender inequality, education and mental health. Alongside these points I speak about why feminism is a cause that is very near and dear to my heart and why for me it's so much more than a political cause.

The Third Episode.
In this episode I talk a bit about public speaking and some of my embarrassing moments in speaking in public. I discuss 5 things I've taken from Sun Tzu's Art of War as well as go on a brief rant on individuality and why I feel self expression and meaningful relationships are integral parts of being an individual. Alongside these things I also go a bit into my background and my upbringing in regards to constantly moving from city to city and at times moving from one country to another. I express some of the love I have for my birth nation of Pakistan as well as my Home nation of Scotland.
