If you have misophonia or are triggered by certain voice types, I’d stay away from this one. I hate to be the person that complains about someone’s voice but if you are sensitive to people who change their voices depending on the situation or have verbal triggers, like “hard Rs” this one’s not for you. Narration is straight baby voice but when she’s doing her interviews she has a deeper voice and enunciates her words oddly. It’s a very “put on” voice which, at least for me, makes it impossible to listen to.

I like to listen on my morning commute, this podcast is so well done from content to narration, I'm often late getting to work. Thank you Hailey Holloway for shining a light on the young women in this story. It leads you to wonder why crimes against women especially violent crimes don't carry more jail time and that loopholes exist that allow these animals back into society.

I was a young woman with small children when Tiffany went missing and living in Tampa at the time! I have always followed her case and the ca women ses of the MANY missing women in the Gainesville/Orlando area! Many of these cases have never been solved! This was a very well done podcast and I know her family appreciates it beyond words!

I absolutely love this host and her style. It feels so genuine and authentic. My new fave. Please do more!

From the very start, Hailey’s voice was easy to listen to, and the story she tells is riveting. I’m familiar with the areas that are discussed in this podcast, so it makes it even more interesting. I honestly look forward to the next story Hailey has to share.

I like this podcast, but the narrator speaks like a little kid and it’s really unnerving to hear true crime stories told by child. It’s the tone, cadence, and ways she annunciates.

Really there are loads of podcast with nasty suspects. We don’t have to go into gory detail. Not hearing character development at all. It’s reporting like this that makes sickos want to do something elaborate to get attention. The story needs to tell about the victims. It’s a crime anyway. Why are we sad they are gone? I don’t know from this just what was down to them

I loved this! I listened to it in one day and I wish I hadn’t because now it’s over. It was so informative and professionally done, yet intimate and passionate. I can tell you have dedicated so much time to this case and you want her to be found. You seem so genuine and sweet, especially with your thank yous at the end. It was like listening to a friend. Can’t wait to see what more comes of this and I pray that this family gets a resolution soon!

This is a good one! True crime fans will not be disappointed. After listening to many podcasts based on interesting stories, but that are told with excessive repetition, out of sequence events, or are just poorly edited - this podcast is refreshing and Hailey’s journalism background is apparent. Give it a listen!

There are no commercials! How did you do that?!? Also, this has some of the eeriest and most gruesome episodes I’ve ever heard in any true crime podcast. I’m also so appreciative of the episode detailing the contents of the tip line. It gives an appreciation of the mountain of information detectives have to sort through. Outstanding show!

The sound! Some parts are so low you have to turn up the volume and then suddenly...ears are blown with music tracks! Get yourself a better sound guy because your story is great.

I am so glad I found this podcast! I listen to true crime podcasts every day, and this one is definitely the best I’ve heard in a while. Very researched, interviews, no weird jokes or irrelevant conversation. Her voice is easy on the ears as well, i find a lot of people annoying on podcasts but she isn’t!

Excellent… The subject matter is obviously horrific, but there is a story to tell and Hailey knows how to do it - professionally-presented and detail-oriented with enough information to keep listeners interested, on track, and wanting more. Replaying interviews with law-enforcement officials who worked the case, the victims’ families, and other key individuals reveal the extent of Hailey’s research... her commentary brings history back-to-life and enables listeners to keep all the puzzle pieces together. Great job thus far! I’m looking forward to future episodes. Just finished listening to the latest episode… as expected, another great job in keeping relevant details easy to follow and engaging with the victim to get a clearer insight into her courage and resolve to escape from Rowles. Keep up the good work. Just finished the most recent episode… Another five stars for content, research, and timeline/storytelling. Hailey having stayed in contact with detectives in Florida after all these years reflects that she continues to be a trusted and knowledgeable resource for the families, witnesses, and law-enforcement associated with this killer’s case. As always, eagerly awaiting the next episode.

This is one of those podcasts that grips you and doesn’t let go, to the point of taking extra laps in the park until you finish the episode. The story is set up well and easy to follow and Hailey does a fantastic job of pausing to review key facts so the listener doesn’t get lost! Really enjoying this and can’t wait to see how it ends!

Hailey is a really great storyteller; she’s intelligent and easy to listen to. The story is captivating - a lot of avenues of investigation - and the victims names resonate with me more than the loser killer’s, which I attribute to the way the story is organized. Well done.

As far as true crime podcasts go, I’ve listened to just about all that’s out there. THIS ONE is definitely a favorite. I can’t get enough of it! Shallow Graves is truly a gripping mix of thoroughly investigated information, great story telling, and real and raw interviews. Great editing and audio! Such a fascinating story!! Can’t wait for more episodes!!!

Shallow Graves is addicting! The story is painted so clearly I can imagine being there myself. Major research has been done on this podcast & it’s incredible! I love hearing this story from a journalist’s perspective.

The two main things I look for in a podcast are good story telling and high quality audio. Shallow graves knocks both out of the park!! If you enjoy a good mystery, tune in!
