We anchor in our Divinity and alchemize this powerful energy (our purpose and superpower as humans). In this podcast I talk about pendulating between exposure and navigating our own window of tolerance, alchemizing when we feel hyperaroused (overwhelmed; excess of energy) and hypoaroused (frozen; abscess of energy). It is our duty to unite the Divine in us as we unite the Divine in the collective. Achieving one. Love accomplished.
