I am nine years old and I’ve use this app. I personally would recommend it because it is an amazing app. I put it under my pillow every night me being a kid I love it. This podcast host is like a real life Samantha from the movie HER. Not sure what I thought I was getting into, but this podcast is really only for lonely 40/50-something year-old men. Lots of cheesy, fake, “flirticious” giggling and whispering, sexual innuendos, etc. Definitely not useful for helping the general public with sleep problems. Don’t waste your time unless the above description is exactly what you’re looking for.

Caring, kind, and maternal. It does the trick every time. I like to joke that I don’t even know what they talk about because I fall right asleep
