Lets start embracing change! I know that it can be overwhelming, we can feel emotional & scared. If we change our perspective of change and adapt to the FRESH START, we will learn to flow and stop resisting. when we resist, life gets hard. change is inevitable, it is the only constant in life.

Doing the right thing when no one is looking.. do you have integrity? are you willing to tell the truth even if someone might get angry or hurt? what if there are consequences? lets dive into it!

Self-love is super important & many of us don't love ourselves as much as we think we do. lets talk bout it.

Lets talk about childhood trauma and how it effects our behaviors, brain development and decisions. its deeper than we think and know. we aren't here to offend anyone or trigger anyone. we are here speaking facts. if you feel like you have trauma you need to heal, find resources in your local area, healing circles, therapy, journal, read books. we are here for you and you are not alone. diving deep is scary but necessary. lets break cycles together.

Relationships, family, friends... know that you aren't alone & that you are absolutely allowed to cut off toxic people, no matter who they are.

Lets talk about these mandates, passports and what you can do if you really don't want to receive the vcxx.. remember, at the end of the day we believe in CHOICE. you have the right to choose whether you want to receive the vaxx or not. don't be pressured and do your own research. we do not discriminate if you have received it. again YOUR CHOICE.
