How do we build trust, collaboration, and effective problem-solving in our team? Should we wonder if those working with us are doing their best? And does our mindset affect our interactions with the team? Reflecting on these questions can begin with the assumption of positive intent.  When you assume positive intent, you are more likely to approach conversations and conflicts with a constructive and open mindset. You approach the team members with the belief that they have good intentions, are capable, and want to contribute positively to the team&apos;s goals.
