Episode 116 with Cosmo Garvin, who, according to his Twitter profile, is a “(mostly) former journalist, public policy enthusiast, and a Pho fan.”
Cosmo and I chat about those folks getting loose with Angel Dust in the 80s and 90s; what prompted him to take a bus from Georgia to California (a few times); how a high school protest led to his interest in politics and journalism; sucking the cherry out of a fat man’s bellybutton; what lead him to write for Sacramento News & Review; and we kvetch about Sacramento Regional Transit.
Thank you for listening, Listeners, and thank you for sharing, Sharers, to my conversation with Cosmo Garvin. Be sure to follow Cosmo on Twitter and check out his website by clicking here… I mean here.
