I got deep with this episode because sometimes it's ok to feel drained and exhausted by your current situation. Not everything is sunshine and rainbows so it's important to remember that it's ok to be patient with yourself :) My biggest lesson through this injury is that the future is unknown for everyone so you have to embrace each day for what it is and keep trying to move forward.
