Allie is so good at hosting guests that provide new insight. There’s always a takeaway that makes me look at my life and business with fresh eyes. Great podcast Allie! Recently during a 3 week training process I was doing a lot of “desk time” which was driving me mad and decided to finally dive into Selfish. Currently almost done with the binge. Your guests are so interesting and I love that they don’t all come from one space, but a wide range of expertise. Selfish is such an amazing podcast that I love listening to. It’s so easy to become busy and put off having much needed time for yourself. This podcast reminds me that sometimes you need to pause and take time to be selfish. I love listening to the different guests being interviewed and after I finish an episode I feel refreshed and inspired! I really enjoy hearing about things that actually relate to my life. Everyone says you need to take care of yourself but this gives you things to do. It’s fun and practical.

When we hear the world selfish, often times, it's being used in a negative sense. However, being selfish is often times the very thing we need in order to live better and more fulfilled lives. And with the said, Allie is doing a great job of bringing along a diverse set of guests to bring forth the true meaning of being selfish.
