He graduated high school in Goshen, IN and attended Indiana University Kelly School of Business. He has been married to his wife Sheri for the past sixteen years. They have a blended family of six adult children now sprinkled across the US and one currently living in London, and two grand children in NW Indiana. Lee Spent 33 years in corporate America working in the medical device space, including 23 years with Johnson & Johnson and 8 years in a venture start up. In his corporate career he worked in a number of sales and marketing roles and led several large sales organizations. In 2016 he was asked to relocate to Austin, TX and made the decision to stay here in central Indiana which left him looking for what was next. At 55 years old he decided he no longer wanted to be employed by others and chose to start his own company. Nine years later he and his wife have built a successful commercial cleaning company. They now spend their time between their homes in Noblesville, IN and Southwest, FL.
