Out of all the people that set new years resolutions around fitness, 80% of those people will drop off by the end of January. If this comes as a surprise to you, why? Motivation is high at the beginning of the year, and you look at changing your diet completely. If you commit to going to the gym five days a week when you haven't been to the gym consistently in years, you are potentially setting yourself up for failure. That is one of the many problems; when you change your diet that drastically, it is much harder to stick with it.
