In this episode, guest Leanne Hayes (@leanne_fitnessuk) and I discuss competing in a bodybuilding competition. Whilst I will never personally compete, I have SO much respect for those who compete. It takes serious discipline and hard work. I support many competitors on their journeys and those girls are so inspiring to me. It just does not align with my life and the way fitness is a part of my life. We discuss many things that you need to know if you are considering competing.
