In today’s episode, I am talking with Bex Feltmann.

Bex of Helper B LLC Holistic Healing Support is a former western medicine nurse of over 15 years with experience as an ER nurse and OR First Assistant who has adopted a more holistic approach as a provider.

She is a practicing holistic health and well-being astrologer and a Certified Provider of Compassionate Bereavement Care® offering empowering client-centered care through all of life’s transitions.

Her work is rooted in self-awareness and self-acceptance which supports her clients in living a more authentic approach to life.

In this episode, we also talk about her great experience with the death of her Grandmother.

Bex believes that death and grief are sacred experiences and she shares with us why she believes so.

Trigger warning: Bex and I talk about our slightly unconventional ideas about suicide, there are no graphic details but I didn’t want it to be a surprise.

I encourage you to listen to this episode with an open mind.
