Please keep doing what you are doing!
This podcast is so lay back and yet raw , going to places not addressed on other podcasts ( maybe in a one one therapy session). I am from Philadelphia and found a day too late about the conference. It would had been great to meet you. After a few months of pushing and not giving up I moved forwarded in my career . Few days ago I went back the double amount of steps I accomplished ( along with self esteem, confidence, motivation etc. ) So today I am listening to your podcasts and gathering thoughts on paper to map out my next forward steps

Bummer
Had really high hopes going into this podcast that talked about housework in a very frank, tough loving, way. I was like- “Woman yah adhd yah realistic hell yeah!” However, after only 2 episodes- I can’t take it anymore because of one large issue: breaking that third wall (in a sense) and griping to your audience that your audience isn’t paying you enough. I don’t need to hear how your going broke in the bank or how people are mean because they don’t want to fork over money for your time. Do the podcast bc you love what your doing, don’t do it if your just using it for a feeder reel. People have a lot of demands for their money. If they love you enough they will pay for it. If they don’t- well then maybe that should clue you in to something else.

I’ll keep listening
The host is great and I love how well her and husband communicate and work as a team. However I have a hard time staying engaged with the podcast. I’m the type who likes zero banter and straight facts. She is very personable which some may appreciate.

The Functionality of ADHD
While so many shows, articles, books and experts focus on the dysfunctional and crippling aspects of ADHD, by providing real-life stories of how people can and do create functional, successful lives Jennie puts a positive spin on the ADHD Journey. In the end, it's another way of life and we each, no matter what we encounter as humans, have our own unique journey. Great job, Jennie.

What a variety of topics!
I have a young friend with ADHD so this was a great podcast for me to explore. I had no idea there were so many topics to explore such as vision issues, diet, the reactions of ADHD people from others. This podcast will be so helpful to me going forward with my friend in helping me understand her challenges. Thanks Jennie. This podcast is so timely.

Great perspective on ADHD!
Episode 119, "Maybe if I didn't have it (ADHD) maybe I could get more done, but then I don't know where I'd be if I didn't have it." Great show. This podcast offers understanding, which is critical.

The Best ADHD Podcast Out There...
As a daily listener of podcasts, and someone with ADHD, this one has quickly jumped to the top of my go-to list. Jennie is both entertaining and informative, and creates a warm and nurturing space for both her guests and listeners. The frequency of the podcast is hard to beat, and the mix of guests cover a wide spectrum from ADHD experts and authors to listeners sharing their tips, stories, struggles & victories -- to help others and elevate the conversation about ADHD. One thing that bothers me about many ADHD podcasts is the unfortunate fact that they tend to be dry and tedious, the antithesis of the ADHD temperament. Not this podcast! Jennie has set out to contribute something truly relatable and essential for the ADHD universe, and I feel lucky to have found this one. Will keep listening for sure!
