However, you can let the legacies and influences of people Florence Griffith Joyner, Shelley-Ann Fraser-Pryce, Carl Lewis, and Usain Bolt inspire you to let your athletic abilities come out of you while pursing your dreams. Which One Do You Identify With? is your own personal choice. The foundation for your dreams, goals, and desires is so important!  The foundation will support everything else you build on it. It should be solid, but flexible enough to be adjusted, strong enough to support the weight of other dreams, and construction must be precise. Once people see that you have laid the foundation for your dreams, goals, desires for your future. Here they come offering to help. But let me warn you that every person that offers to help may not have the same vision you have or may want to make adjustments to the foundation of your vision. Remember those lost and found boxes stores and companies used to have. Why were the boxes always dusty and located in an isolated place of the building? Being lost is just like being in that lost and found box, but the difference is you have the ability to get yourself out of that dusty isolated box. I know that Christmas time is supposed to be a joyous occasion. But if you or someone you know is struggling with loneliness, isolation, depression, anxiety or suicidal thoughts this holiday season, I encourage you to call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 800-273-8255 (TALK). If you are a veteran or the spouse of a veteran, call that same number and press 1. You do not have to grieve in isolation if you have lost loved ones this holiday or any season. 

I know it looks bad and that you are being pummeled by hits of problems, issues, and bad news. I want to tell you, it's okay. I am not minimizing your struggle, but I do have a few suggestions that I think can help you and, it's in the game of Hide and Seek!

It's your life, you have the liberty (freedom) to pursue those things that makes you happy, gives the financial prosperity you want and the peace to enjoy it. 

Where does following the negative crowd lead to? Negativity! Sometimes to See Beyond your current situation, you have to leave the people who laugh and talk about everyone behind!
