I had a workers comp claim about two months ago, and I can’t get a hold of my claims adjuster or anyone at Sedgwick to simply change the address that they have on file because all of the money that they’ve been trying to send me for my workers comp claim have been going to the wrong address. I have requested ways of changing my address on your website, but none of the links work and it is impossible to change the claimants address on the website because the website doesn’t work. My claims adjuster won’t return my calls and nobody from Sedgwick will return my calls…. Or answer their phone. Super weird way to run business guys.. I have called over 50 times with no response.. I have now had my company HR department reach out to you in hopes that they can help me.
