Under review this week: one item ineligible for review. We've got high-sticks at Panthers/Isles and Rangers/Avs, including one that shouldn't have been given a second look. Todd and Josh tackle more video reviews, remote refs, a kicked-in goal at Canes/Canucks, and media comments on the penalty parade from Oilers/Blackhawks.
