One of my favorite (not so) spooky pods. Katy’s accent/character work is truly incredible and makes me laugh out loud in public.

I found this podcast summer of 2022 and have been trying to catch up! Love the banter, the stories are always a mix of fun and freaky and the personalities of Katy and Morgan are delightful.

Morgan and Katy are great hosts! They are both hilarious, they act exactly how I would if I was in a scary situation. Deep down you’re terrified but you try to mask it with humor. They are both great story tellers as well, after listening to a few episodes you feel like you know them! Just coming back to say this podcast is my comfort food. I’ve listen to every episode at least three times, I love you Katy and Morgan 🤍🤍🤍

The podcast embodies good content but, sadly, quite immature delivery by the hosts.

I listen to this with my daughter and love that it isn’t horribly inappropriate for kids like every other podcast I like. Katie and Morgan are both so funny and positive. I’d rather listen to their recaps of tv shows than watch them myself.

This podcast is wonderful! I recently discovered it after starting a new job that involves a lot of quiet alone time, and this show has been exactly what I needed to get through the long difficult days. Listening to Katy and Morgan is like having a phone call with your two long-distance best friends. I love the banter, I love the tales, I love everything about this show. So I just found this podcast and it is SO refreshing while being spooky. Too often on other pods, the hosts take everything soooo seriously but y’all have been able to poke fun at the things I typically roll my eyes too! Thank you and keep being spooky and yourself!

I’m a “fraidy cat” when it comes to most horror movies, scary stories, and haunted things. This is my go-to podcast when I’m craving some thrill, but not too much to the point in which I can’t sleep. Katy and Morgan are so funny that their scary stories become much easier to bear. Episodes include banter, accents, reminiscing between friends, movie and show reviews, and unique stories you’d probably never hear. When’s the tour?

For someone who grew up on A Haunting and Ghost Hunters, this podcast is like snuggling up beneath a fleece Halloween blanket from Target and turning on The Discovery Channel after school with my sister. One minute I’m laughing, the next I’m a lil freaked out, but then someone says something funny and I’m laughing again.

I really enjoy listening to you girls and think you are great! I love the banter but would suggest that it is done before the story, and after. The reason is that I get confused at times and don’t really know what’s going on in the story. The accents are great. Keep up the great work! Would give you 10 stars if possible!! ❤️

I have never laughed so hard listening to a paranormal podcast. So glad I found this!

I love the jokes, laughing, accents and chills. Also love the cussing! I feel exactly like I’m sitting around a campfire drinking booze and listening to my friends tell me creepy stories. Ya’ll have some really on point comedic timing. So much fun!

If you like banter podcasts this is a great one b/c these gals have great chemistry. I find Katie to be extremely funny. The stories are great but something about the delivery of them causes me to zone out occasionally. Then Katie says something funny and I’m drawn back in.

This podcast really feels like a group of friends sitting around a campfire, telling spooky stories. It’s wholesome and an easy listen. A great way to end the day!

I thought I’d give this a try . Upon listening all these girls do is laugh and giggle . Yeah it’s great they are happy but come on what are we 7 years old . I couldnt even finish listening to the story because they keep laughing . It’s quite annoying . I’ll have to find a podcast that is a little more serious and a little less annoying with laughter and fooling around . What a disappointment . Crap story telling because of laughing and giggling . So stupid

Willienelsonforlife here. I have changed my mind. I made the comment about the unfunny jokes and the fake laughter. However, I continued listening. Every week. Before I knew it I was looking forward to the Sunday release of the podcast. I am now a huge fan. I have looked far and wide for a good scary story podcast, and none of them compare, as most of them are in a contest for how modern they can be. I am here for the historical, scooby-doo feel ghost stories and you all provide that. Katie, you’re actually kind of funny so Morgan I don’t think you are fake laughing anymore. And Morgan, you are just as funny in your own way. Keep doing you!

This is one of my most looked forward to podcasts every week. It’s so genuine, and friendly, it really is just like sitting with two friends listening to talk about stuff, you’re interested in as well.

This year I’ve been moving at a pace like molasses in a blizzard as I deal with the world, work, school, as all have been. There is so much fun, interesting things to learn and look into for myself, character, and such an incredible amount of cozy, nostalgic, good energy here. Y’all have helped me through exhausting shifts, boring classes, and encouraged me keep a firm handle on my sanity as I’ve been recovering from being sick the last few weeks. Tried listening to this with my family on a car ride and it took a good 20 minutes to even get to the story. And even then it was never scary or intriguing. 🥴

I think the concept is a good idea and I get you guys are combining scary stories with comedy but so many stories and facts stated are just not researched and not portrayed well. Like I love crime podcasts but it’s impossible to listen to you guys with all the screaming laughter to jokes that simply are not that funny. Some of these stories(ex. The Missing Boys of Hannibal) are told in a insensitive, lighthearted manner and are very true tragedies that are very real in that town. I hope this feedback helps. Thanks!

i like listening to podcasts while i workout. today i wanted to listen to “scary stories” or something in that area. that’s when i found you guys! so many laughs and great stories. it felt like i was on a facetime call with a friend and we were sharing stories with each other! i’m so glad i found this podcast, haven’t heard this much of a good one in a while !!

Great account! I started listening after looking for some scary story content. Beside this page I listen to two other but they’re just telling stories. I love the dynamic and i love the commentary. It bring so much life to the show. I really want to start watching the travel channel BUT i love listening to them instead it gives me room to use my my imagination and they’re so good at story telling. Love this podcast.

I listen to your podcast every day while I work and on the way home, I’ve heard all the episodes several times. Both of these spooky ladies have created a delightful podcast. I have always loved watching ghost shows on tv and I don’t get to watch them that often nowadays so listening to them retell the tales and their commentary is even better! I am glad there are so many episodes I can binge. I walk around Taiwan accidentally scaring myself in broad daylight because I’m listening to it! The neighbors probably wonder why I’m so jumpy. Also the stories for patreon members are SO AMAZING! Truly a talented mortal being whose writing is such a gift! It’s some of my favorite parts! Thanks for sharing your talent! Keep em’ coming!

I am so happy I found this podcast. Ever since I found scary stories at camp roanoke I haven’t been able to stop listening. haha I’ve been listening to this podcast everyday and all day/night. I like scary stuff but I’m also a scaredy-cat haha so this works out perfectly because they tell really scary and interesting stories but their laugh, jokes, tangents, and accents balance it out. It’s both funny and scary! I LOVE IT :) Katy and Morgan are the perfect duo. Thank you Katy and Morgan for creating this podcast and continuing it! I will definitely become a patron on patreon. I look forward to future episodes :)

Katy and Morgan have brought such levity and joy to what has been a year full of otherwise draining media content. This podcast offers a welcome step away from the yuck. I listen to this whenever I’m driving, cleaning or walking my doggo, and time just flies by as I laugh and cower along with these besties. My husband accidentally found this podcast this summer as we were looking for a show while we were on a road trip with our young kiddos, who love scary stuff. It was one of the episodes based on the Animal Planet haunted animals (poor pups!). I was hooked immediately but turned off the show as an f-bomb let slip from one of the gals (yikes too soon for our wee babes). So glad to have a show that is all mine among the family. Muahahaha! Me time for the win! Love you ladies!

This is such a pleasure to listen to! Katy and Morgan provide a cozy setting in which to relay spooky stories. Their obvious close friendship is a delight to witness and their story telling is magnificent. They take the stories seriously and do not ruin them by introducing doubt or trying to find the holes in the paranormal events. Rather, they allow the listener to simply enjoy the stories as the listener wishes. I love their humor and wit. They also provide a variety of stories ranging from haunting listener tales to mystical creatures and back to paranormal television which can cleanse the palate and provide a quick escape. Please keep the episodes coming!!

I was searching for a podcast just like this one! I wanted spooky content that also acknowledged how scary it would be to live in a haunted place. They also can be a bit skeptical and I really appreciate that side as well! I enjoy the banter at the beginning. It’s a good balance and a nice warm up for each episode. Keep it up!! (My one critique is that some episodes could benefit from content warnings)

Such good story telling! I’m not someone who likes scary things but Katy and Morgan really opened my eyes to some quality entertainment that also has some spooks. Their funny commentary and side conversations are fun to listen to and help the easily spooked along. Definitely watch any movies or shows they recommend, but not the actual ghost shows because Morgan and Katy retelling it is so much better! Literally can’t stop listening!

This definitely is a perfect fun yet spooky podcast and I am hooked!! Katy’s accents make me laugh so hard my sides hurts, and it is filling my paranormal void so well.

I thought I would hate their young dumb brains, but Katy and Morgan have me cracking up at their smart, funny and fast wit. I love listening to the accents and free flying comments. I could listen to them all day, and I usually do.

I recently found your podcast while looking for scary story podcast. At first I went”this isn’t what I’m looking for”😂 but then I listed to a episode and was hooked. The way both of you read stories are hilarious!! The voices and comedic timing are on point keep it up ladies!!!👍🏿👏🏿
