Love this podcast ❤️
Love the stories and both of your input on them. Sometimes I’m cracking up by myself at some of the responses! First time I hear of the Fruitcake scam in Texas!

Perfect balance of witty and informational
I love this podcast!! The hosts are so great at communicating information in a witty and personal way. Only complaint is sound quality could use some work. If you got a Patreon, I would join so you can get the sound quality and balancing you deserve to compete with big podcast!!! Love you both!!

Will be listening for the rest of my life
I’m sorry it’s taken me so long to listen to this podcast because Cass and Taylor have it DOWN! Truly am in awe of how easily I get lost in this. This podcast is exactly what I needed and I’m so glad it exists.

Yes and thank you and Yes, more please.
HOW MANY TIMEEEESSS have I listened to a true crime episode and thought a [👶🏾👧🏾🧒🏾👦🏾👩🏾🧑🏾👩🏾‍🦱👨🏾‍🦱] could neverrrr - this is white privilege. Finally, two sisters have created a podcast that I can nod vigorously to as I think ab the bands 💵 I could have as a scammer if it weren’t for all this beautiful melanin!!!! Also, one time for Black girls who talk like valley girls :’) I feel #seen. Thank you for being you, ladies, and give the people What. They. Want. The haters can stay mad, okay??

I tried. I’m sorry!
This isn’t hate. I want to offer some constructive criticism. I think when you are reviewing topics and stories that have a lot of components, it is important to have a very tight, well edited structure. The craft had moments of being funny but lacked the structure to keep it tight and keep it going. Otherwise, it became either confusing or boring. Even with banter podcast, it’s important to have great journalism that is able to take A LOT of information and present it in a way that is palatable and understandable. I would encourage you to play your podcast to people who aren’t plugged into pop culture (like a parent or an older neighbor) and ask them if they understand what you are saying. I know these scales well, but the presentation was confusing and took away from the podcast. Also, This might be a better avenue on YouTube instead of a podcast. I hate to be that gal, but the valley girl up pitch accent is a lot to just listen to. If I was watching you, or in person, I probably would not have noticed it. However, in a podcast, that is all I’m listening to and it was very very distracting. I would suggest taking voice lessons or learning about how to talk well in a radio settin.

Like.....really!!! OMG!!!
If you like “up talking” at the end of every line, Kardashian talk “vocal fry”, initials instead of words whenever possible, and constantly saying "if a black person did this...blah blah blah." and the word “LIKE” used frequently this podcast is for you.

We don’t normally hear scams from this POV...
The banter between these two is GREAT - I feel like I’m in my living room talking to friends about my favorite subject SCAMS. So binge-able. Can’t wait to hear more.

Racist
I really enjoyed this show in the beginning, but now it is becoming all about how black people would never get away with everything that white people get away with. Super annoying. Just tell the story and stop bringing race into it every five seconds.

Hilarious!!
It’s not often that you come across a podcast that is both well researched AND funny. I love this podcast!

Scam sisters forever!!
Scam stories are so trendy right now and Taylor and Cass hit the mark. The entire podcast is so engaging with thoughtful flow-breaks and even more thoughtful commentary. They perform perfectly at an opinionated tempo that other storytelling podcasts often can’t seem to find. Listening to these is more than just learning about a story, it’s taking the time to see it from another’s viewpoint and their thought processes. These two have immediately established themselves as professional opinions in this genre. Can’t wait for more!
