Rajeevan is a well-known Tamil community leader and one of the organisers of a campaign led by around 30 Tamil organisations across Australia, encouraging the Tamil community to participate in the 2026 Census and accurately record Tamil as their language spoken at home and their identity. He joins us to explain why this campaign matters and what it could mean for the future of the Tamil community in Australia.
