His research interests include behavioural and experimental economics – specifically, the decision-making processes of individuals and organisations, and the ways that incentives can be used to influence those decisions. This work has important implications for how humans interact with AI, including the impact that new technologies have on employment.Yochai Glick is originally from Israel and has been in Australia for over three and a half decades, with extensive experience across industry and utilities- energy, water, and transport. His experience includes participation in energy regulatory committees, collaboration with the CSIRO, director positions in industry associations, startups, and board advisory roles in startup accelerators. He was a Principal Solution Architect at various companies, including Ericsson. His area of passion and expertise is the relationship between technology, economics, and society, with a special focus on resource efficiency and sustainability.
