Every episode feels like I’m sitting down with friends chatting over coffee. I absolutely love tuning in especially while folding laundry or doing things around the house. Highly recommend giving it a listen!

I started as a fan of this show listening to frequent guest Dr. Kim Swales and soon fell in love with Courtney and Sarah’s friendship, honesty, sense of humor and accessibility. These gals are a blast, and while you listen it is as though you are all sitting together on the couch in their living room with a glass of wine and stories to tell. Subscribe and listen! This podcast is great! The guests they have on are always amazing. Some weeks you laugh and some weeks you cry! The stories of women who pursued their dreams and never gave up are so inspiring. The conversations between Sarah and Courtney at the end of each podcast are my favorite. They are so real and refreshing to listen to. Not to mention all of the things I’ve bought after listening that I would have never known about otherwise...I’ve had biscuits shipped in from Charleston, cookie dough shipped in, I’ve bought cookbooks and regular books. Everything they recommend is fabulous!! Do yourself a favor and listen!!

These two precious women produce a podcast in such a graceful humorous way. They highlight southern women who are pivoting, re-creating, and thriving. They keep me on the pulse of things I need to know and businesses I definitely want to support. They should write the handbook of southern colloquial sayings! Forget Oprah’s list for shopping, Say it Southern is the new go to.

The vibe of this show is so wonderful. The guests are interesting and they’re telling their authentic stories from living in the South, which are funny, touching and hopeful. Love love love it!

I am so shook that Elizabeth said that Florida isn’t considered the South! What? Shook! We are the south! Yes there is two Florida’s the panhandle which is the South! Then there is the other half of Florida that is just the Disney Florida! LOL!

This podcast is great. Courtney and Sarah seem genuine and fun. I love the mix of their banter and the insights from their guests. An added bonus is the hosts discussing their thoughts and takeaways after they interview the guest. That feels fresh and unique among podcasts.
