Save the Trauma For Your Momma
Save the Trauma For Your Momma
Autumn and Lauren
This podcast is dedicated to those who have battled with anything mental health or trauma related. We are here to talk about all the taboo topics including church trauma, childhood trauma, purity culture, and more. We will have special guests who will share their trauma stories as well so we can all share a deeper connection and understanding of each other. While these subjects are quite deep, we are here to keep them light-hearted at times as we understand these subjects are heavy. Beware of dark humor as this is how we cope with our traumas. We hope you can find healing in this too!
5: finding faith through AA with John
