Part 1 of going over the misunderstandings of how RESPECT was translated to us….. throughout generations!!! Let’s talk about what is really disrespect!! RESPECT EVERYONE IN THE BEGINNING (regardless of age, position, and relationships) then let them earn their disrespect!!

One of the biggest misconceptions is people are mainly JEALOUS and HATE on material things, popularity and money!! THAT IS NOT IT!! It is LOVE,RELATIONSHIPS, HEALTH,CONFIDENCE…..THOSE OF US THAT DO NOT NEED ANY VALIDATION NOR ACCEPTANCE!!

My whole entire work career 30 + years…..one thing I can clearly say universally across the board is most people/employees are scared to piss the boss, the manager, the owner off!! And they could give one fuck less how stressed, pissed off, frustrated, underpaid, taken for granted we are!! LET THEM FUCKIN BE MAD AND STAY MAD!!

For those that are not aware of how staggering the statistics are as far the suicide rate, when it comes to men versus women….. I encourage you to go check it out!! Men and their mental health gets ignored, overlooked, taken for granted….. UNTIL IT IS MOST LIKELY TOO LATE UNFORTUNATELY (WE NEED TO CHANGE THIS IMMEDIATELY)

Something else we need to quit accepting as (NORMAL) !!! We have accepted this and it’s not ok !! I believe it’s actually disrespectful (unless that information is offered) People do this (especially men) to decide how much respect to give you, category to put you in, based upon your salary( TRUTH ) instead let’s get to know people first….. for themselves, what kind of person they are, what they love, they’re passionate about, their character, authenticity, REALNESS, HONESTY!!

Some of you have heard the term (17 going on 30) well for some of us it has been (15 going on 40) we started doing so much, so young and thrown into adulthood!!! That we want zero to do with the rat race, keeping up with the joneses , debt etc. LESS-REALLY IS MORE!!

Months of training down the drain!!! Due to getting sick with cov*d again!! Back to scratch, day 1 / week 1 ….start over again!!
