In Part 2 of this interview, Neil from Georgia returns to continue sharing the remarkable experiences that have unfolded on his property over the years. After documenting repeated Sasquatch activity around his home, Neil now discusses the encounters experienced by his own family, along with the conclusions he has reached after years of observation. Neil begins by talking about the books he has written and how his research has evolved. He then shares one of his son's most unforgettable encounters. While collecting dirt near a creek on their property, his son caught movement out of the corner of his eye and briefly witnessed what appeared to be a juvenile Sasquatch.
The creature moved with incredible speed, disappearing almost instantly without making a sound. His son later experienced another shocking sighting while returning home from work. As he pulled into the driveway, he saw two creatures moving rapidly on all fours before turning and witnessing an enormous Sasquatch estimated to be around eight feet tall. Neil also discusses why he believes Sasquatch chose to remain on his property.
The surrounding floodplains become heavily flooded during periods of rain, leaving his land as one of the few elevated areas where wildlife—and possibly Sasquatch—can safely remain. He believes the creek bottoms and flooded timber serve as major travel corridors connecting larger sections of habitat. Throughout the interview, Neal shares additional reports involving thermal observations during expeditions, his wife's experience detecting a large figure around their campfire, evidence of territorial behavior, large tracks discovered along creek bottoms, unusual scat, possible sitting impressions left in the mud, and why he believes Sasquatch hunted the wild hogs that once occupied the property.
Neal also explains how planting fruit trees, establishing food plots, and stocking his pond with fish may have unintentionally created an ideal habitat that attracted both wildlife and Sasquatch. He reflects on his gifting experiments, why he no longer recommends gifting, the mysterious quartz rocks that repeatedly appeared on the property, theories surrounding quartz and energy, and the strange attraction these creatures seemed to have toward music. Finally, Neal shares why he now believes some of his childhood experiences may also have involved Sasquatch, long before he realized what he was encountering.
