After stepping down as the founding CEO of the Australian Network on Disability (AND) in December 2020, Suzanne is consulting to organisations and assisting them to recruit suitably skilled and talented people with disability. Together we discuss the systemic disadvantages that people with disabilities face in the community, education and the workplace. With 39.5% of households in Australia including someone with a disability, Suzanne believes that leaders who approach this topic with their head, heart and hands will have the most success in working effectively beyond just having a good business case.
