Most of us start trying to lose weight by changing our actions, our eating. We assume we need to find the right way of eating, cut out the crap, or only eat broccoli - poor old broccoli always getting a bad rap!

How many times have you heard or thought “I just need to eat less, and do more” ?
It’s not that this advice is wrong, but it’s really unhelpful, because it doesn’t take into account that the reason we over eat - eat when we’re not physically hungry - is because of our brain.
To actually lose weight the advice should be “pay attention to your brain and what makes your brain anticipate a reward.”
