Starting in 2008, with a keen eye for effective marketing and team building, Brendon has built a brand and company that stands out from the rest. Brendon is passionate about helping the community, having recently raised more than $242,000 for Women's Legal Service Queensland, a leading charity in domestic and family violence prevention and support.

Jonina Menzies lives on the south coast of NSW. She is the Founder of Yeshair Australia, and The Curls made easy routines. Her salon mainly sees clients with textured hair. She focuses on educating the industry in cutting, hydrating and styling curly/textured hair.

Wanting to play a part in preventing violence against women and children in Australia, Mel joined the Education and Training team at Eastern Domestic Violence Service in 2018. As a Project Coordinator, Mel develops and leads programs designed to raise community understanding and awareness of family violence. Her main project is HaiR-3Rs, a family violence training program giving salon professionals the skills to help clients experiencing abuse. Originally open only to Melbourne salons, HaiR-3Rs has grown into a national program under Mel’s leadership, despite receiving no ongoing or government funding. Mel believes everyone has a role to play in ending family violence, and that training programs such as HaiR-3Rs can be lifesaving for many women.

Paul’s role as Managing Director takes him all around Australia and New Zealand speaking to audiences in the waste management, hair, beauty, fashion, hospitality, medical and education industries, all interested in learning how to adopt a more sustainable approach in their everyday lives and businesses.

Vicky has been a Vice Chair Person since 2019 for Southlakes Incorporated, Community Hair Project and Share Your Home. Vicky has been a volunteer for just over 10 yrs. Vicky has experienced hardship throughout her career thus understanding her client base. The day she walked into Southlakes, sparked a light of wanting to help people, in far worse situations than myself.
