Wine and sales - what could go wrong
Hi Reuben, I'm want to thank you after listening to a few of your previous podcasts. I loved listening to Ellen Melko Moore, Bob Burg, Angelique Rewers, Russell Thackeray, now David Priemer. You've got a fantastic hand in choosing your guests - and a talent for making them sound at their best (and that's rare). On my walks, in the car - I love to listen to podcasts and have a few favorites on weekly basis. Yours became one of those "special selections". There're probably 1-3 that I find so inspiring and valuable, I need to listen to the episode again, and take notes. Your fabulous show is one of those podcasts. Really thrilled to be part of this community - and although in sales all my life, there're always new inspirations, new angles to consider, and new things to learn. You've got it! Looking forward to new episodes - so appreciate what you do.

Perfect for people who need people
Your job doesn’t have to actually be Sales to need this podcast. Everyone has to sell themself and their ideas. Pick up the skills in the podcast series to better the chances of people picking you!

Sales made easy (or at least less scary)
Reuben takes us to meet all sorts of people who have ended up being successful at selling, but who are not stereotypical sales people. If you’re a techie (or any other non-sales type of person) but have entrepreneurial aspirations, I can’t think of a better show to help encourage you on how to think about customer acquisition. Also, there is wine.

The Show I Needed (But Not The One I Knew I Needed)
Coming from a Software Engineering background with a lifelong Entrepreneurial/Business obsession, I like many others long held conflicting perspectives about "sales". I'm not even sure how long I considered it a 4-letter word. Reuben's approach with his guests and helping to demystify that which easily confounds Engineers and Creatives is relaxed, approachable, straightforward, and a fun kind of quirky. GREAT show that I love having in my rotation. #KeepSalesWeird

Invaluable Expertise
Sales for Nerds never fails to deliver on helping me reflect and rethink how I approach Sales and Marketing. It’s the podcast I’ve relied on most in terms of moving my business forward. It’s hard to pick my favorites, but the David Fields, Marylou Tyler and Jason Cohen episodes were particularly great the challenges I’ve faced in my business.

Outstanding practical advice for sales and entrepreneurs
Practical, relatable and informative. I'm a lifelong Technology Sales profressional who recently launched my own consulting business. This podcast is one of the few that addresses real issues that impact small business owners like me. Great stuff! I highly recommned listening to the WP Engine podcasts (#1 and #2, I think) and the one with Michael Katz from Blue Penguin. I'm sure there are toher good ones too - I just haven't got to them yet.

Great Sales podcast
I enjoy Reuben's podcast interviews on sales. Full of tactics and techniques. His shtick is drinking wine during the show to loosen up himself and the guest, and usually they turn out well. My favorite episode is the first one with Jason Cohen.
Hack-podcast

Core of the Rotation
After listening to the first 3 episodes, I can say that this is definitely going to be a core part of my podcast rotation. It's heavy on the education and light on the BS that makes most business podcasts so boooring. As a techie myself, I find the guests relatable and inspiring. Top marks.

Good info for technies who now need to sell
These podcasts are very informative. The discussion flows real well and its a good mix of business and pleasure which adds to the listening experience. I would recommend this for any business owner who come from a technical background and need a little boost of knowledge and confidence to get going in sales.

Excited for more!
I had an opportunity to listen to the first episode with Jason Cohen and I was fired up on the message that is being delieverd. While technical folks will have an opportunity to learn a few things about selling their product or service without having a sales function, I honestly believe people currently in a sales position should listen in and learn a few things about what it takes to win business from the experiences Jason Cohen has had as a successful entrepreneur. Episode one is golden!

Sales Guy and a Nerd
I admit it. I am in sales as a consultant and I am a nerd. The interview with Adam Boyd nailed it! Especially when he spoke about talking too much. Good job Reuben!

Informative & enjoyable
Informative, relatable, and enjoyable! This podcast is a "must hear" for those in need of honest, straightforward sales advice--who also love wine. ;)

Great start!
Disclaimer: I've only listened to the first episode. But that episode, alone, gave me ideas about how to sell my boutique business better. Thank you for that. My biggest piece of advice is to work on the sound quality. I loved the way you interspersed wine talk throughout.
